TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.The meter reading, days & timings are calculated from our office only.
2. For outstation trips, average 250 kms per day should be covered, otherwise the same will be charged.
3. Please settle the account soon after the trip with the driver/ office.
4. For outstation trips driver batta per day is Rs.150/- up to 10.pm. If the vehicle is used even after 10.00pm, batta will be Rs.300/- instead of Rs. 150/- Day means calendar day.
5. Day means Calendar day.
6 Outstation usage and local usage will be considered separate. After taking the vichle for outstation purpose, and after returning back to city, the same package (normally there may be some unused time/kilometers) will not be valid for the local usage. Separate local package charge will be applicable for the city usage.
7. The parking charges, State entry tax if any are payable by the customer.
