Phillips Noble, a leading outsourcing company in North Finchley, London is seeking highly motivated people for their marketing division who will focus on Business-to-Business lead generating and appointment setting to increase the customer base for their Finance and Accounting services.

As a member of our team, they will be responsible for the following:
1. Maintaining a call volume of 150 outbound business to business calls per day and contacting prospective clients.
2. Documenting the lead generation and distributing to the concerned manager.
3. Updating contact information in the database
4. Making a great first impression on the client
5. Reporting on daily activities
6. Working with team to develop telemarketing process and system setup
7. Full time Day shift jobs as per UK timings (only Females are considered)
8. Knowledge or experience in UK Telecalling and Telesales
9. Experience in a UK Based BPO for Telemarketing is mandatory.
10. Excellent communication skills and experience with managing a telemarketing group, is a plus
11. Script writing and editing scripts is a plus
12. 5 days in a week (Sat and Sun holiday), Only females are considered for this post and age between 21 to 26 yrs.
13. Candidates willing to relocate to Mysore from Bangalore will be provided with Accomodation and relocation expenses.
Freshers who have excellent academic background will be given more preference and Salary will be the best in the industry. Please note that this is an urgent requirement and Candidates who have been shortlised will be called immediately for the interview.
Relocation benefits will be paid to the candidates who are selected from outside Mysore and who have been selected in our company. Opportunity will be given to the candidates to do marketing from London and will be sent to London to do marketing for Phillips Noble.
Salary ranges from Rs.10,000 to Rs.14,000 per month plus target based incentives per month (ranging from Rs.5,000 to Rs.10,000 per month).
Candidates for this job profile can be anywhere from India – Bangalore, Mangalore, Kerala, Tamilnadu etc and they should be from a UK BPO call centre which is mandatory.
