Responsibilities of a receptionist are:
1. Answering the telephone promptly and maintaining a fast and accurate internal and external communication service to ensure that messages are relayed efficiently to the correct person.
2. Greeting all visitors, ensuring they are sign in, providing them with information about the company
3. Ensuring that reception, all customer areas and meeting rooms are well presented at all times and that there are adequate supplies of crockery, utensils, biscuits and general supplies are maintained throughout the day
4. Liasing with external suppliers of office equipment, sundries and stationery to ensure adequate stock levels and keeping the stationery cupboard tidy at all times
5. Ensuring that reception is not left unattended for any substantial length of time
6. Providing the Mysore office with general administrative support.
7. Educated to graduation level
8. Minimum one year experience in a busy administrative role which involves dealing with the front office
9. Good knowledge of MS Office applications
10. Previous experience in a front office role
11. Excellent communication and pleasing personality skills , smart looking etc
12. Handling Petty cash payments
13. Candidates should be able to speak English, Telugu, Hindi and Kannada
14. The working hours are from Monday to Friday 40 hrs a week but will need to be flexible towards workings on Saturndays.
15. It is a permanent job
16. Only female candidates are considered for this post and age between 21 yrs to 25 yrs and timings are from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm.
Salary ranges from Rs.3,500 to Rs.7,000 per month and candidates for this job profile should be from Mysore only.
