FEEDBACK FROM CLIENTS ON BRANCA’S COOKING CLASSES.
1. Marilyn Hamstead, Germany. I was on a holiday to Goa and was staying at the Taj Village. I was very interested in Indian cooking, so I searched on the internet for cooking classes in Goa and came across BRANCA’S COOKING CLASSES IN PANAJI. I called her up and took admissions for the course. The class began at 9.00 am and we started with the famous starters Cheese Puffs. It was delicious and just melted in my mouth. Then we made lovely green lentil soup. She made it very easy to learn and we enjoyed it. Then we made a famous Punjabi dish Butter Chicken. The whole place was smelling with its aroma. After this we made a very tasty South Indian dish Pav Bhaji. She told us that this dish is very nutritious and it is good to have it for breakfast. Then she taught us to make Paneer Makahanwala. It was very tasty and the paneer was very nice. Then we made a very fragrant Kashmiri Pulao with rich nuts, fruits, cherries, dry fruits. I never taught Indian cooking is so easy. Thanks to the expert chef BRANCA for making it easy for me. I will definitely recommend her CULINARY COURSE to anyone who wants to learn Indian cuisine.

2. Patricia Smith, UK. My boyfriend is an Indian, so I always wanted to learn Indian cooking. I came across this interesting CULINARY COURSE IN PANAJI, GOA on the internet. So I utilized my holiday in Goa to learn some fantastic Indian dishes. She taught us the best dishes from each state in India which also included Goan Cuisine. I learnt a lot of Punjabi, Goan, Hyderabadi, Kolhapuri dishes. She also arranged lovely sea facing holiday apts for our stay in Goa. She also arranged a visit to the spice plantation where I could buy the best of spices at very cheap rates. She also advised us on the cooking utensils and we bought lovely masalas from her, which I am still using in UK for making my Indian dishes. I would definitely recommend BRANCA’S COOKING CLASSES to my friends.

3. John Stewart, Australia. I am working as a Chef in a Five Star Resort in Australlia. I always wanted to learn Indian Cuisine, to add to my skills. I thought BRANCAS’ CULINARY CLASSES would be the best place to learn. So I went to Goa on a holiday and enrolled for the course before I reached Goa. Since I was told that her course is in very much demand and she does not take more than 5 students at a time. I must really say that it is definitely worth its price. She has tremendous patience and neck for cooking. Being a chef myself, I must say Hats Off to Branca’s Culinary Course!!!!
I will coem back to do a 1 week course on Indian Cuisine to learn more Indian dishes...

4. Sandee Williams from USA. I was on my third visit to Goa and wanted to learn Indian Cuisine; and I must say that this was the best cooking course I attended. It was very practical and the entire procedure was show step by step. I would definitely recommend this course to first timers of cooking.

5. Jennifer Barcley, Switzerland. I am the owner of a famous restaurant in Switzerland. I wanted to learn Indian cooking because I had heard that it is very interesting and involves a lot of spices. I experimented a lot of new dishes in BRANCA’S CULINARY CLASSES. And now I make tasty Indian meals for my restaurant in Switzerland. I will come back next year to do a course on Goan Cuisine.
