Hi, this is to inform you that, the due date for filing of your income tax was over on 31st July,2008.
But still they can file there Income Tax Returns after due date also without Penalty & Interest. Only 1% monthly Simple interest will be levied, if any tax liability is due. Other wise no interest will come.
And Penalty will be levy if you file after 31st Mar 2009 or not filed.
